Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller

These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers in our online shop cmliving.lu. 2. Products and Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT). Delivery costs for deliveries within the European Union are already included in the price. No additional shipping fee is charged at checkout. Colours and appearance of products may differ slightly from the images on your screen.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products in our shop is not a binding offer. By clicking the button that completes your order with an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.

4. Payment

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

5. Delivery

We deliver to all countries of the European Union. The delivery time shown on our Shipping and Delivery page and in your order confirmation is the agreed delivery period. Orders with several items may be delivered in separate shipments at no extra cost. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party you have named, take physical possession of the goods. Please check the goods on delivery and report visible transport damage to the carrier and to us as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Details and a model withdrawal form are on our page Right of Withdrawal and Returns.

7. Legal Guarantee

You benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Luxembourg consumer law, which lasts at least two years from delivery of the goods. If a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to repair or replacement and, where applicable, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. Please contact us with a description of the problem and photos. Any commercial guarantee of a manufacturer does not affect these rights.

8. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied, please contact us first at cmcontact@cmliving.lu so we can find a solution. You may also use the consumer dispute resolution services and consumer protection organisations available in your country of residence.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another EU member state, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer provisions of that country, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.

12. Final Provisions

The version of these terms valid at the time of your order applies to your contract. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay valid.
